These beautiful and eye-catching butterflies are regulars accross the Top End. Here in the Adelaide River Hills we see the most days - photographing them however is a completely different matter. This flighty species has the unfortunate tendency to drop low into dense shrubs and grasses upon the faintest disturbance.
