Daly Waters Frog

Cyclorana maculosa
 
This frog is found (as its name suggests) near Daly Waters, on the edge of the wetter Top End environments and the more arid zone to the south. These frogs emerge and breed following early season rains and spend the rest of the summer months feeding up before returning to the earth for the dry season.
