Kimberley Rock Monitor

One of Australia's most colourful monitors (goannas). This species is always high on the wishlists of reptile enthusiasts who visit the Kimberley region of Western Australia, or the escarpments of far western Northern Territory. These lizards are incredibly agile, able to run up and down vertical rock walls, seeming to flow with the natural contours.
