Green-Ant Mimic Spider

This is the aptly named green ant mimic spider, a species that looks and behaves like a green ant in order to remain hidden until it sees an opportunity for a feed, at the ants’ expense. These spiders are very tiny but can be seen in many Darwin gardens and bushland in the vicinity of green ant nests.
