To the careful observer, the Top End’s freshwater ecosystems are a treasure trove of natural history and have been the focus of our photographic efforts over the past few years. Having seen the ‘tip of the iceberg’ floating head of many a crocodile it’s refreshing to occasionally turn the tables and witness a crocodile from beneath.
